SME Succession Hub (Carrefour Relève PME) is a virtual resource platform geared towards entrepreneurs and experts and designed to connect buyers and sellers of businesses. It also provides access to business transfer expertise. The platform is managed by the Réseau de développement économique et d’employabilité Nouveau-Brunswick (RDÉE NB).

The platform includes three directories:

• A directory of businesses to sell;
• A directory of buyers;
• A directory of business transfer experts.

If you are an entrepreneur, being directory-listed allows you to post a public profile summarizing your project (purchase or sale). This boosts your chances of success while maintaining confidentiality (no private information is made public). SMESH's agents will process your information and match buyers and sellers while upholding three trust-based principles:

SMESH shows no favoritism whatsoever towards any stakeholders involved in the transfer process capable of exerting a specific influence on entrepreneurs' decisions.


CONFIDENTIALITY

SMESH is committed to protecting all private information. Any information shared must be explicitly approved by the seller or the buyer beforehand.

SMESH informs entrepreneurs about the entire process under consideration, as well as about all known and available options as soon as the first steps are taken.

Please note that to maintain anonymity and confidentiality in the public directories, only information on the region and economic sector of the business for sale is published and searchable. If members of the public or potential buyers want to access additional information, they must first sign up as users and then obtain regulatory approval from a SMESH agent. In addition, buyers will have access to confidential information on the business for sale only after they have been interviewed by a SMESH agent and have been certified as potential buyers.
